Chalet Le Lièvre project is a full refurbishment : adding and extra floor, creating a new extension for the technical room and entrance, and a complete redesign of the 4 floor plans.

The exterior aesthetics are entirely redesigned based on a study of the surroundings, ensuring the chalet maintains a classical character that harmonizes with its environment.

Energy efficiency is priority with improved insulation, new windows, floor heating and solar panels, blending sustainability with timeless design.
